"I look forward to leveraging SunCap's track record of successful build to suit delivery for Fortune 500 companies and continuing to bring expanding and emerging companies to our market."
Derek is a member of numerous professional associations, is a past president and current board member at the Dee Norton Lowcountry Children's Center and serves on the Berkeley Chamber Board of Directors. "Derek's passion for bettering his community and his impressive track record of bringing high-caliber companies to the Lowcountry perfectly complements SunCap's on-going commitment to South Carolina, particularly the Charleston and Greenville-Spartanburg markets," said SunCap CEO and Founding Partner, Flint McNaughton.
SunCap is currently developing a 255,000-square-foot distribution center off of Palmetto Commerce Parkway in the Ingleside community and recently co-developed North Pointe Business Campus "Building One" with WestRock Land & Development.
