SunCap Supports The Harvest Center of Charlotte
SunCap Property Group is pleased to support The Harvest Center of Charlotte as the Angel Sponsor of its annual Love Thy Neighbor event, which took place at Charlotte's Knight Theater. Attendees and sponsors raised $200,000 at the 2014 event and were treated to the music and message of national recording artist and American Music Award winner, Matthew West.
The Harvest Center works to transform the lives of individuals affected by homelessness, unemployment, and poverty through transitional programs and a Christian ministry.

24 Hour Fitness Award Announcement
SunCap Property Group is happy to announce the award and construction start of a new 40, 000 + square feet 24 Hour Fitness Super Sport retail facility. Located in Redwood City, CA, the facility is designed to provide personal training services, innovative group exercise classes and a variety of strength, cardio and functional training equipment.
Estimated completion is Spring 2015.
FedEx Ground Jacksonville Groundbreaking Ceremony
Several state and local officials were in attendance in Jacksonville, Florida for the FedEx Ground groundbreaking ceremony. The ceremony was held at the new (currently under construction) 300,000 square feet facility located at Cecil Commerce Center.
The facility opening is projected for the summer of 2015.
