Each residence at Draper Place will have reserved, underground parking, and storage spaces will also be available. Residents will enjoy a community club room that includes a private conference room and an entertaining kitchen with a folding glass wall that provides access to an outdoor gas grill and custom fireplace. Draper, who served as president of Chadwick-Hoskins Company until 1922 and lived in Elizabeth. Draper Place is SunCap's first multifamily development in Charlotte. The company is nearing completion on The Ashby at South Hills Village Station, a 300-unit, transit-oriented infill apartment community in Pittsburgh, Pa. The multifamily division is led by industry veteran Fred Bolt, who has been involved in the development and construction of more than 15,000 multifamily units, including signature Charlotte properties such as Metropolitan, Southgate condominiums, Phillips Place and Cotton Mills. The first homes at Draper Place are expected to deliver by late 2018. Cline Design is the architect for Draper Place, Metrolina Builders is the general contractor and Rivergate KW Residential will lease and manage the community and provide concierge-level service on site.
