SunCap Property Group Begins Work on Gilbert Spectrum Building One

PHOENIX, AZ - SunCap Property Group is moving forward with Gilbert Spectrum Building One, a speculative industrial building in its 63-acre project located at the southwest corner of Elliot and McQueen Roads in Gilbert, Arizona.

Building One fronts McQueen Road and is 135,745 square feet, with divisibility to 15,000 square feet. Twenty-one percent of the building is pre-leased to SDHQ Off Road, a supplier to off-road vehicle enthusiasts.

John G. Soldo with Commercial Properties represented SDHQ on the lease. Graycor Construction is handling construction for Building One. Chris McClurg and Ken McQueen with Lee & Associates | Arizona are listing agents for the Gilbert Spectrum project.

The building is expected to be complete in the second quarter of 2019. Building features include 32' clear height, dock high loading, and ESFR Sprinklers. The zoning for the property is LI (Light Industrial).
